How to earn Giftlab Points?
• Every RM1 you spend with us earns you 1 Giftlab point.
• Your Giftlab points will never expire

What can be redeemed?
• We have over 30 exciting gifts ranging from cash vouchers to personal luxury items, toys, electrical appliances and decorative items available for redemption. You can even use your points to redeem for flowers and gifts and deliver to your loved ones.
• Click on our Online Rewards Catalog to check all the gifts available for redemption. Our Online Catalog is updated monthly to provide you the latest rewards specially prepared for you.

How To Redeem?
• You only need a minimum 150 Giftlab Points to start redeeming.

Please provide a valid email address / hand phone as correspondences will be through email or sms. Giftlab Points’ Information Request Form is only valid if you have purchases from 1st July 2006.

Conditions for Redemption

1. Points are valid for purchases made from 1 July 2006.

2. Your Giftlab Points have no expiry. Points may be accumulated to redeem higher range of gifts.

3. For company orders, Points will only be credited upon receipt of payment within 30 days from
   date of invoice.

4. Gifts can be collected from Giftlab during operating hours. For deliveries within the Free Delivery Area,
   a 180 points deduction will be levied. For deliveries outside the Free Delivery Area, charges will depend on the size and weight of gift.

5. Points are not transferable.

6. Points are not valid for discounted or promotional purchases.

7. Giftlab reserves the right to replace any item with another of equal value depending on stock availability.

8. Gifts and /or vouchers redeemed are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or another reward.

What happen to my rewards point before 1 July 2006?
If you previously purchase from us and that you have submitted your Realrewards membership number, you will still be rewarded with Realrewards as per our terms and conditions.
