Ordering a product from Pods & Petals' takes just a few short steps. After you select an item, you'll be guided through checkout and order confirmation.

Pods & Petals Giftlab uses a secure server software (SSL) to encrypt all the information that you submit to us. We are committed to protect your privacy. All your personal details that we receive remains confidential and WILL NOT be sold or traded for any reason.

2. Cash Payment via Money Order or Cheque

When paying by cash, just click on the "Money Order / Cheque" or “Wire Transfer” button when choosing your payment method. You will be contacted by our Customer Service via telephone to verify your order. You may wish to quote your credit card particulars to our Customer Service. Please note that we do not encourage our customers to email us their credit card particulars due to security reasons. Such information should only be revealed when prompted while filling up our order form or via fax when agreed upon with a Giftlab Customer Service representative.

Ordering Confirmation
After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations. First, Pods & Petals will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Second, Worldpays, our credit card processor, will acknowledge receipt of your purchases by mailing you an acknowledgement.
