The “It Is A Jungle Out There!” promotion will run from the period starting 1st March 2005 to 3rd April 2005.

The correct number of animals & animal related words will be published on the following week after the promotion ended. After the end of the Promotional Period, only participants with all the correct answers will be notified via email or telephone.

Members can either mail to sales@gift-lab.com or fax the original text with highlights of the words. Please include your particulars such as your Full Name, IC Number, Contact Number and RealRewards Number to be eligible for the contest.

This contest is only open to PPG’s customers who are also Real Reward Members. Besides the Discount which is open to everyone, RR Points can only be credited to participants who are residents of Malaysia. The Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

Realrewards Members who are not customers of Pods & Petals Giftlab is only allowed to participate in the 3000 RR points run-up contest. Members are rewarded only when all the correct number of animals and animal related words can be identified.

RealRewards Points will be credited to the respective account within 8 weeks after promotion has ended.

Every effort is made to ensure that information supplied to Members is correct. However, PPG will not be liable for any inaccuracy or erroneous description or information on the Promotion and these Terms & Conditions.

Each Participating Members are limited to 1 entry only during the Period.

PPG’s decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion, including the decisions of the judges in determining the correct answers, will be final and binding and no further correspondences or attempts to dispute such decisions will be entertained.

In the event that the 3000 RR Points is won by a person who :

a) is not eligible to be a Participant in the Promotion

b) has committed or is suspected of committing any fraudulent or wrong acts in relation to their use of our Online Services

PPG reserves the right to disqualify such person(s) from participating in the Promotion.

Up to a maximum of 30,000 RR Points can be won during the period. In the event that there are more winners with the same correct answers, the RR rewards will be awarded according to the date of submission, with priority given to the earliest submission.

Giftlab reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions may be modified, added to, deleted or varied by Giftlab by way of posting on the Giftlab Online website, or in any other manner deemed suitable by Giftlab. The Participants agree to access the Giftlab Online website at regular intervals of time to view these Terms and Conditions and to ensure that they are kept up-to-date with any changes or variations to these Terms and Conditions. The Participants agree that continued participation in the Contest shall constitute their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (as modified and varied from time to time).

Giftlab reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion with or without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by Giftlab of the Promotion shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against Giftlab for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Participants as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

These Terms and Conditions prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any brochure or other promotional materials advertising the Promotion.
