Call us at 603-7955 7555 during our office hours and speak to our Customer Service Officer. You may either refer to our website or to our catalogs which we send to our members periodically. Otherwise, you may inform our Customer Service of your gift requirements and we will advise you on the most suitable bouquets or gifts for the occasions.

Fax Orders
You may print out our order form and fax to us at 603-7957 3233 with your ordering details. To enable us to process the order, please ensure that your order form is legible. Our Customer Service Officer would call and confirm your order within 15 minutes after receiving your order. Otherwise, it is advisable that you call us at 03-7955 7555 and speak to one of our Customer Service Officer to ensure that your purchase form is in order.

International Order
At this time, we accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in Malaysia or Singapore only.

Ordering Confirmation
After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from Pods & Petals Giftlab. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, you will be notified when your order is delivered.
