Giftlab RealRewards Redemption Plan

Yes, starting from August 1, 2004, Pods & Petals Giftlab will be joining the extensive RealRewards Network where we will rewards you with Real Points every time you make purchases from us either from our website, through phone or fax.



For every RM1 spent at Pods & Petals’ Giftlab, you will automatically receive 1 Real Point. You can exchange the points from a numerous array of incredible and exciting rewards like personal luxury items, electrical appliances, toys, decoration items, personal and healthcare products, PPG Gift Vouchers and many more. Accumulation of points is now made easier and faster, as you can also accumulate Real Points when you pay your Bills, travel overseas, or purchase Groceries, Petrol, Cakes etc from other participating Merchants. The best part is your Real Points never expire and delivery of your rewards is Free across Malaysia.

How it works?
As a Pods & Petals’ Giftlab customer, you will automatically become a RealRewards member, when you provide us your IC number. Our staff will immediately fill up the forms needed and credit you RealPoints to your membership account. If you are already an existing member, you can enjoy this privilege right away! And, if you have existing Giftlab points, you can still continue to redeem with us as the points will only expire on 31 December 2005.



Redemption of Gifts
Making redemption is simple. All you need to do is either call RealRewards Redemption Hotline at 03-80247999; or take a trip to our One-Stop Member Services Centre in Mid Valley; or fill in the Redemption request Form provided in RealRewards catalogues, magazine or newsletters and fax to 03-80232228; or log on to www.realrewards.com.my for online redemption!
